What You Can Expect Working in the Quality Administration Intern Position

The Quality Administration Intern will work with Quality team members to support RedGuard's mission of providing a quality product on time to our customers by helping study and develop reports, supporting our customer response call log, participating in Lean Manufacturing studies, and implementing improvements. As a Quality Administration Intern, you will receive real-world, practical skills through hands-on opportunities and connect with subject matter experts, mentors, and decision makers.

Responsibilities
  • Compiles, measures, and analyzes quality data and publishes required metrics.
  • Conducts quality system/process reviews, audits, and inspections.
  • Conducts research and uses benchmarking industry standards to improve efficiencies and ensure RedGuard sustains a quality culture.
  • Conducts calls and surveys a list of the organization's customers for feedback on products and services.
  • Assists with Quality training sessions and awareness programs, as needed.
  • Assists in other projects, as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Enrolled full-time in a university degree program aligned to the area of the internship.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Must have excellent written and verbal skills to interpret customer and company quality requirements to ensure conformance with customer expectations.

  • Sedentary work.
